2. It is understood by not only the medical community but the general public at large that the more mindless tasks you undertake the less focused and sharp you will be. But the more you use your brain and challenge it even if you are used to scrolling on your phone to give your mind a break there is a great way to do this and still be productive. Tunnel vision is something not everyone has but its definitely something that everyone can acquire. 3. In today’s hectic lifestyle it is clear that we require more usage of our brains so how can these apps help us to become more productive. One way is to realize that certain tasks help engage certain areas of the brain that are responsible for memory, cognition, understanding, attributes etc. Memory is the foundation of all learning. Its like the difference between saving a game at a certain point and not saving and losing your progress each time you begin the game. Certain illnesses such as dementia and Alzheimer’s are attributable to loss of memory and not being able to discern information that you would otherwise be able to keep. Hence it is important to stay physically and mentally fit for as long as we can so that we can enjoy a better quality of life for as long as possible or as long as we are on this earth.

4. In conclusion I would suggest that with the rapid progression of science and technology perhaps there are greater things on the horizon as far as this topic is concerned. One can only hope.
