GAZA: The military force of Israel said to unleash “unrelenting attacks” to dismantle Hamas. On Monday (October 24 2023), Israel launched hundreds of air attacks on Gaza while Israeli soldiers fought Hamas fighters during raids. Meanwhile, the civilians remained confined to face harrowing circumstances. Hamas freed two Israeli women hostages from the 200+ hostages. In total, they have released four people from their custody.
Israeli Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi clearly stated to continue the inhuman attacks on Palestine. Halevi stated that Israel had no intention of curbing its strikes on the Gaza Strip. He also hinted that forces would initiate a ground assault as well. According to Halevi, their preparations have been finalised for ground operations in the south. He continued that the troops were prepared. The Israeli COS said that they want to fully dismantle Hamas with unrelenting attacks.
While the United States stressed that Israel has the right to defend itself, sources claim that the White House, Pentagon and State Department have stepped up private appeals for caution.
The military of Israel claimed to struck down over 320 targets in Gaza in the last 24 hours. Israel said they struck a tunnel where Hamas fighters were present, dozens of command positions, lookout posts, anti-tank missile launcher positions, and mortar spots.
The military continued to state that they knocked a Hamas target in the camp situated in Gaza Al-Shati refugee. Palestinian enclave’s health ministry reported that dozens of people were killed or wounded in the attacks.
