KARACHI: Chief Justice Pakistan Gulzar Ahmed has ordered to demolish the Nasla Tower here on June 16. The Nasla Tower residents have received the notice to evacuate the building within 15 days.

Assistant Commissioner, Ferozabad, has issued the notice and warned the residents to clear the vicinity within the given timeframe or face legal consequences under Section 3 (i) of the Sindh Public Property (Removal of Encroachment) Act, 2010.

Earlier on Sept 22, the Supreme Court had dismissed the petition to review its decision of demolishing the building. The court has also ordered to refund the amount to the residents and has asked for a compliance report from commissioner Karachi.
