ISLAMABAD: On the Urs of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, the Pakistan Railways will run special trains from March 19 to facilitate pilgrims across Pakistan.
The series of the special trains will commence from Faisalabad on March 19, departing at 5pm, and a second train will leave at 10pm from Lahore. On March 20, the last train will reach Sahiwal from Lahore to accommodate visitors. After the Urs, the trains will come back to Faisalabad and Lahore on March 25.
Meanwhile, two special trains will cater to Sikh pilgrims; visiting Pakistan for Baisakhi Mela on April 12. Both trains will move from Lahore towards Hasan Abdal. After the Mela, all Sikh visitors will reach Nankana Sahib. On April 21, they will return to Lahore.
