MUZAFFARGARH: Seven people died in a fire that broke in their house on Sunday. The incident took place in the Muzaffargarh district.
Those among dead include a 65-year-old and two women aged 35 and 19 respectively. Among others are three boys aged 3, 10, and 12 and an infant aged 2-month.
Meanwhile, two suspects have been arrested in connection with the case registered by Mehmood, a family member of the deceased. He said that he got married to Fouzia Bibi a year ago, and his father-in-law and brother-in-law set his house on fire to seek revenge as they were unhappy with the marriage.
District Police Officer Hassan Iqbal has said that the investigation was under process and details would be made public soon.
