ISLAMABAD: President Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi have announced to forgo their salaries in the face of economic turmoil and hardships in the country. Both of them took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce their decisions.

Pakistan is currently undergoing a severe economic crunch.
