ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has accused his political nemesis the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan of creating chaos in the establishment in hopes of avoiding the punishment in the cases against him.
Prime Minister’s House Office released a statement in which the prime minister said that the alleged audio leaks of Khan had revealed the true conspiracy against the establishment and the state.
Prime Minister Sharif said that Khan altered the diplomatic cypher, putting the national security at risk. He said that he would ensure that Khan is brought to justice for what he has done.
Criminal charges are set to be framed against Khan by the FIA officials that are a part of the committee that was formed by the government to investigate the matter after two audio leaks of Khan surfaced online last week.
