Pakistan women’s cricket team are set to start their training for the T20 World Cup tomorrow on February 4. The Pakistan women’s team will participate in a practice session at Newlands Cape Town in the afternoon.
The T20 World Cup trophy will be unveiled in Cape Town tomorrow. Captains of all teams will also participate in the event. Pakistan women’s cricket team will play two practice matches before their opening match.
The first practice match will be played against Bangladesh on February 6. While in the second practice match, Pakistan and the host team South Africa will compete on February 8.
Pakistan women’s cricket team is included in Group B in T20 World Cup. Along with Pakistan, Group B includes teams from England, India, West Indies and Ireland.
Pakistan under the leadership of Bismah Maroof will play their first match against traditional rival India on February 12 in Cape Town.
