ISLAMABAD: According to the latest numbers released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), seven more people succumbed to the coronavirus in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, the positivity rate remained at 2.01 per cent.
As per the details shared by the NCOC on Twitter, 34,518 people were tested for the virus, of which, 756 tested positive. The number of patients needing critical care remained at 826.
Meanwhile, the NCOC head and Federal Planning Minister Asad Umar has tweeted that the government was very close to achieving vaccination of all the eligible citizens.
