Covid positivity ratio declines slightly, recorded at 0.88pc

ISLAMABAD: The Covid positivity ratio dropped at 0.88 per cent in the last 24 hours. Stats shared in the latest tweet by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) indicate that authorities conducted 41,240 tests, of which 363 turned out positive.

Sindh recorded the highest number of cases again with 199 positive cases. Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Islamabad collectively reported 34 cases, while Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa reported 76 and 54 cases respectively.

During the last 24 hours, 13 deaths were recorded due to coronavirus, while the number of critical cases has dropped to 998.
