ISLAMABAD: The prime suspect in the Noor Mukadam murder case, Zahir Jaffer, was once again expelled from the courtroom as, during the hearing, he spoke out of turn on Wednesday.
All accused were present in the courtroom during the hearing which started under the watch of Additional Sessions, Judge Ata Rabbani.
When cross-examination started with the Incharge of the National Forensic Crime Agency, Muhammad Imran, Zahir started interrupting the proceeding by urging the court to reach a compromise.
“Are you listening to me?” he interrupted the judge.
Following his comments, the judge ordered to take him and three other suspects out of the courtroom. Later, the four were brought back to the courtroom while Zahir Jaffer stayed in the holding cell.
The culprit had earlier disturbed the hearing on November 3 when Judge Rabbani had to direct the police constables to remove him from the courtroom.
