KARACHI: The West Indies’ men’s cricket team has landed here on Thursday to play two short limited overs series against Pakistan, starting from December 13.
Pakistan and West Indies are scheduled to play three T20Is and as many ODIs in Karachi.
The West Indies, though, will play without some of their established players who have opted to sit out due to personal reasons, been rested to manage their work load, been dropped due to injuries.
In absence of the regular captains, Nicholas Pooran will captain the West Indies in the T20Is. Meanwhile, Shai Hope will take the reins of the team in the ODIs.
