Afghan Capital, Kabul, was shaken by a suicide attack on Friday at an education centre. The blast occurred in the area of Dasht-e-Barchi, where most residents belong to the Shia or Hazara community. According to the spokesperson of Kaaj Higher Educational Centre, 19 students were martyred, and 27 faced brutal injuries. He added that students, mainly adult men and women, were preparing for university entrance exams.
A devastating situation was witnessed in the local hospitals. Blooded bodies and severely injured students were rushed there. Families kept looking for their children, and many are still searching for them. Taliban forces had to evacuate one hospital from families fearing another attack in a crowded place. Since the Taliban regime came into power, Afghanistan is going through serious security issues.
