The beloved classic tale of Pinocchio is set to rejuvenate nostalgic memories as Disney has released the trailer of the movie, which will be a musical fantasy. The movie is the adaption of the animated series, released in 1940. The series itself was based on the Italian book ‘The Adventures of Pinocchio’ published in 1883.

The movie will tell the story of the wooden puppet boy who gets life from the Blue Fairy. The film is directed by Robert Zemeckis and will release at Disney Plus on September 08. Popular child actor, Benjamin Even Ainsworth, who is best known for his Netflix series The Haunting of Bly Manor has become the voice for Pinocchio. Start actor Tom Hanks graced the screen as Geppetto, the craftsman who makes the puppet.
Cynthia Erivo will play the important character of Blue Fairy. Other cast members include Luke Evans, Kyanne Lamaya, Giuseppe Battiston, Lewin Lloyd, Sheila Atim, Sabina, Stromboli, Lampwick and Signora Vitelli.
