SIALKOT: According to the Sialkot police, 33 prime suspects of the Priyantha Kumara lynching case were arrested on Friday.
So far, 900 factory workers have been named in the first information report (FIR). The suspects are charged under sections 149, 157, 201, 297, 302, 427, 431 and Anti-Terrorism Act 11WW and 7 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
Meanwhile, Malik Adnan, the manager who made effort to save Kumara, will be put on the witnesses list prepared by the prosecution.
The Sri Lankan factory manager Kumara was brutally murdered and burnt by a mob on December 3.
