Islamabad: While giving an interview to Anadolu News Agency, Prime Minister Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif said that they are hopeful to finalise the deal with International Monetary Fund (IMF). He said that his government has steered Pakistan out of issues that occurred due to the Pakistan Tehreek-I-Insaf government.
PM Pakistan expressed his views during his visit to Ankara for attending the ceremony of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He said that the country would have faced default as the previous government violated the IMF agreement, however, the incumbent government has fulfilled all requirements of the IMF.

Regarding Pak-Turk relations, Shehbaz Sharif said that Tayyip Erdogan is a visionary leader and he would work closely with him.
