RAWALPINDI: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has shifted its flight operations during the time slot from 10:00PM to 11:00AM for flights between Lahore and Islamabad because of poor visibility and fog in the capital of Punjab. PIA has said current timings are temporary and will be changed once the visibility improves.
A spokesperson of PIA said that the decision was taken to ensure the safety of passengers. PIA has requested the passengers to provide proper contact details while booking so they can be informed about changes in flight timings.
They also said to call on PIA help centre (786786111) for queries. Earlier, a section of the motorway, from Kot Momin to Faisalabad, was closed due to foggy conditions.
