ISLAMABAD: According to the data by the National Institute of Health (NIH), Pakistan has reported three more Covid-19 related deaths. During the last 24 hours, health authorities have tested 21,315 people for the virus of which 599 tested positive.
The positivity rate reached 2.81 per cent. Currently, 170 patients are in critical condition.

Chief of World Health Organisation (WHO) Tedros Adhanom has shown concern over the surge in coronavirus. He said the rising number of cases has resulted in more pressure on health authorities.
In the last two weeks, 30pc more cases have been reported. The Omicron variant and easing Covid-19 protocols have resulted in more positive cases.
