CALIFORNIA: Microsoft has shown intentions to rejuvenate Skype as it plans to introduce new features to compete with top messaging apps.
The new version will be available on all Android and iOS devices, with new updates and features facilitating users.
The new features enable the users to access Skype with a background blur option for the video call, and audio calls will now also be supported in Mozilla Firefox. The iOS users can easily use the camera function on Skype and Office Lens.
The video rendering issues on Meet Now on mobile phones have also been fixed. Users can also pin participants during an active call. The new improvements will be rolled out to all users in upcoming weeks.
