NEW DELHI: According to a tweet by the Prime Minister’s Office India, the Indian premier Narendra Modi’s personal Twitter handle was ” briefly compromised”.
The PMO added that the account was immediately secured after the matter was escalated to Twitter.
This is not the first time that Modi’s account has been compromised. In a similar incident almost 15 months ago, the hackers had asked the followers to donate money via crypto in lieu of relief fund.
The Twitter handle of PM @narendramodi was very briefly compromised. The matter was escalated to Twitter and the account has been immediately secured.
In the brief period that the account was compromised, any Tweet shared must be ignored.
