KARACHI: According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant-General Muhammad Saeed took the charge as Karachi Corps Commander. His posting was announced on October 6. A ceremony at the corps headquarters was arranged where Lt-Gen Nadeem Ahmed Anjum handed over the command on Monday.
Lt-Gen Muhammad Saeed has previously served as the president at the National Defence University.
He was also acting as Director-General for Pakistan Rangers, Sindh and also had the responsibilities of Major-General in the Inter-Services Intelligence (IS) before serving as the deputy-assistant military secretary and private secretary to the chief of the army staff.
