The ruthless attacks of Israel on Palestine did not hesitate to target the humanitarian aid to Gaza. On Tuesday, five trucks of humanitarian convoy by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) came under fire that were carrying lifesaving medical supplies to health facilities in Gaza City. One driver got wounded, while two trucks were damaged.
ICRC, while condemning the attack, stated that current conditions would not allow any humanitarian personnel to continue their work. The organisation added that its mission was to bring urgent assistance to civilians and ensure the reach of vital assistance to medical facilities as it is a legal obligation by international humanitarian law.
Health authorities in Palestine have been asking for humanitarian aid to Gaza as the abundance of electricity and other basic facilities have made it hard for them to save valuable lives.

On the other hand, Hamas claimed that its fighters caused heavy losses to the invading forces. The statement added that they showed resistance against Israeli tanks using tunnel networks to launch ambushes.
