ISLAMABAD: According to various media reports, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) is likely to make a decision, as to whether to indict Imran Khan in the court contempt case matter or not, later today.
IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah will head a larger bench and is likely to resume the hearing of the case at 2:30PM. Khan faces contempt charges for allegedly using derogatory language against Judicial Magistrate Zeba Chaudhry at a rally last month.
Khan was supposed to be indicted on September 22 only for the court to delay the indictment after he made an apology before the court.
