Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir met the Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud in Al-Ula, Madina to discuss the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Gazette took to Twitter to share the pictures from the meeting between the two leaders on Monday early morning. According to a report by the Saudi Press Agency the two leaders discusses issues pertaining to mutual interests and how the ties could be further strengthened.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ameer Khurram, Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, National Security Adviser Dr Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban and other officials concerned were in attendance.
Pakistan’s top military leader is currently on a 7-day trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He is set to return to the country on January 10.
