KARACHI: Renowned director and producer Yasir Nawaz is all set to produce a commercial film in the Sindhi language. The producer of movies Mehrunisa V Lub U and The Wrong No. is now working with Noorul Huda Shah, who has served as caretaker information minister and is a popular drama writer of the Sindhi language.
The announcement was made by Yasir on the social media on Sindh Cultural Day. He stated that he and Noor were thinking to create such a project for a very long time, and have started the script-writing after which they would begin the shoot.
Noorul Huda Shah has worked in numerous dramas for the Pakistan Television Network (PTV) including, Adhoora Milan, Ajayb Ghar, Meri Adhuri Mohabbat, Bebak, Marvi, and Jungle.
Earlier in 2020, Yasir started a project named ‘Chakkar’ with his wife Nida Yasir. The film is a murder-mystery thriller and is under the process of completion.
