Actor Yasir Hussain took to Instagram on Wednesday morning to dispel rumours surrounding his wife Iqra Aziz’s pregnancy, clarifying that they are not expecting their second child at the moment.
Addressing the speculation, Yasir emphasised, “We will have a baby when Allah wills it,” urging followers to refrain from jumping to conclusions. He reassured fans that there is no imminent arrival of a new addition to their family and urged everyone to “please relax.”
The rumours began swirling after Yasir’s recent appearance on a morning show hosted by Nadia Khan, where he hinted at the possibility of expanding their family. However, Yasir’s comments were misinterpreted, leading to widespread speculation about Iqra’s pregnancy.
During the show, Yasir expressed his openness to discussing personal matters, including family planning, but stopped short of confirming any ongoing pregnancy. “We will be having a second baby soon, InshaAllah,” he had stated, leaving the timing unspecified.
Despite Yasir’s casual remarks on the show, he clarified on Instagram that there is no concrete plan for a second child at present. While he appreciates people’s interest in their family life, he reiterated that they will embrace parenthood again when the time is right.
