PESHAWAR: On Sunday, President of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that all opposition parties were prepared to take part in the Mehngai march.
Maulana conducted a meeting at the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam JUI-F Secretariat for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s chapter of PDM. The meeting discussed the execution of Mehngai march on Islamabad. The march is proposed to take place on March 23.
President PDM said that all participants have voted to not change the dates of march because of KP’s by-elections second phase. The meeting was attended by Sikandar Sherpao, Amir Muqam, and Murtaza Abbasi.
Maulana thanked the establishment for playing a neutral role in the KP general body elections. The chairperson of JUI-F was optimistic for a standout performance in the second phase of the KP by-elections.
