With the Dubai Expo 2020 coming to an end, the Pakistan Pavilion got in the limelight yet again for all the right reasons. According to the Adviser to Prime Minister of Pakistan for Commerce and Investment Abdul Razak Dawood, the Pakistan Pavilion received Silver Award for its interior design, out of a total of 192 pavilions of other countries.
The other two winners are Japan and Spain, with the former bagging gold and the latter, bronze. Mr Dawood also shared that the Pakistan Pavilion received over one million visitors – more than the authorities had anticipated. He thanked the Creative Team, the Ministry of Commerce, TDAP and Pakistan’s Embassy in UAE for playing their part.
