ISLAMABAD: During the last 24 hours, four more patients died due to Covid-19 across Pakistan. According to the detailed stats shared by the National Institute of Health (NIH), 18,212 people were tested which resulted in 510 new cases. The positivity rate reached 2.8 per cent. Yesterday, the rate stood at 2.55 per cent.

In the last one week, 36 people have passed away after battling the dangerous virus. From August 11 till August 13, the positivity rate remained above 3pc. However, for the past four days, the rate stayed below 2.95pc.
