Talking to media outside the Adiala Jail, former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser revealed that Omar Ayub will be the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s first choice for premiership of the country.
He also revealed that the PTI chairman Imran Khan is expected to announce a date for the countrywide protests against the massive rigging of February 8 General Elections. He also briefed the media that he was tasked with bringing all the parties on one platform against whom rigging had been conducted.
Surprisingly, he named the JUI-F as well. It is pertinent to mention here that the JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and PTI chief Imran Khan have been at loggerheads over the past few years.
