Pakistan’s fast bowler Naseem Shah has been ruled out of the remaining England T20Is after it was revealed that he has contracted the novel coronavirus.
Naseem was admitted to a hospital after he had developed pneumonia. His condition, although, is said to be stable and he has joined the team hotel where he has been placed under isolation.
Any decision on Naseem travelling to the New Zealand for the upcoming T20I tri-series against the Kiwis and Bangladesh will be made after assessing his health condition.
