CALIFORNIA: The popular social media app Instagram has launched a new feature. The new update allows posts on Instagram to be shared on Twitter.
To use the update, the account must be public. If the user copies the link of the Instagram post and pastes it on the Twitter post, a preview of the Insta post will appear in the Tweet.
Another way is to share the Insta post directly to Twitter. Both the caption and the image preview will be displayed in the Tweet. If anyone clicks on the preview, it’ll be redirected to the original Insta post.
The new update applies to pictures, videos, Reels, and Carousels. Insta stories, however, cannot be shared using this feature.
