ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan appeared before an anti-terrorism court in Islamabad on Tuesday where he was granted bail till June 8, in eight cases pertaining to the violence at the Judicial Complex.
According to local media, the former prime minister along with his wife Bushra Bibi reached Islamabad earlier on Tuesday to appear before the anti-terrorism court (ATC) to secure bail in different cases related to violence and vandalism.
Imran Khan will also appear before National Accountability Bureau (NAB) regarding the €190 million settlement case. Meanwhile, the accountability court has granted bail to Bushra Bibi, the wife of Imran Khan, in the Al Qadir Trust case until May 31. Earlier in the day, she filed a plea with the court, seeking bail to prevent her arrest by the NAB.

Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are accompanied by their legal team, including Ali Aijaz, Gohar Ali Khan, Intezar Panjotha, Khawaja Haris, and Salman Safdar.
Security of the federal capital has been increased, and a heavy contingent of police has been deployed in the surroundings of the NAB office.
