Popular Pakistani drama actress Hira Mani has come under heavy criticism for her recent comments on Dua Zehra and Zaheer Ahmed. Earlier, Hira had written on her Instagram story that she had wished for Dua and Zaheer to stay together.
After her comment on the sensitive issue, a series of tweets and social media posts were sent out by users aimed at criticising Hira’s stance.
After facing the backlash, the actress shared an apology video where she gave an explanation about the comment. Hira said that she was unaware of the fact that Dua was a minor and that the case entailed kidnapping.
She expressed regret on her stance. But public is still furious at the star.
