ISLAMABAD: With the political temperature at an all-time high for the first time in three years since the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government came into power, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari lashed out at Prime Minister Imran Khan for vilifying the PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
The prime minister had said yesterday that Zardari was his next target, accusing him of getting people murdered for money, corruption and money-laundering. Bilawal was responding to the allegations at a press conference today where he warned the prime minister of dire consequences in literal terms.
“We have never used a gun before, but we know how to use it,” said Bilawal, adding that Khan should be ready for the consequences if he did not stop threatening them. He said that the prime minister would never be able to forget what he would do to him.
