Veteran Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi said that his highly acclaimed character ‘Circuit’ was a stupid role. The Munna Bhai’s right-hand Circuit was technically the second lead of the movie and was well received by the audience.
Arshad shared his views during an interview with a news agency. He said the only reason to accept the role was Sanjay Dutt otherwise he would have turned down the role. Arshad added that even director Rajkumar Hirani knew it was nothing on paper and was earlier rejected by Makarand Deshpande.
Regarding working as a lead hero, Arshad believes that he lacks the drive and aggression required for a title hero and enjoys working as a supporting or second lead.
