Shooting incidents continue to shake the United States, as a man has just killed two women at a church parking in Iowa before shooting himself dead. Recently, the country has faced horrific school and mass shooting incidents in Buffalo, New York, Uvalde, Texas, Tulsa, and Oklahoma.
The church was situated near Ames city, and a programme was going on inside. According to Chief Deputy Nicholas Lennie, the incident appeared to be an isolated single-shooter’s work. Just before the killings, President Joe Biden had made a statement and urged the Congress for placing a ban on weapons.
In recent weeks multiple shooting incidents have taken place in the US. In New York, 10 black people died at the hands of a white supremacist. In Texas, 19 students and two teachers died, while a doctor, patient and receptionist lost their lives in Oklahoma.
