Pakistani entertainment star Ali Rehman Khan would play the character of an intersex for the first time in his career as he would feature in the Bilawal Hussain Abbasi directed ‘Guru’.
The new drama, going to be aired on Express Entertainment, unveils a story on sensitive topics surrounding the intersex community. In the teaser shared by producer Shazia Wajahat, the viewers can see Ali Rehman and Zhalay Sarhadi in pivotal roles.
Apart from Ali Rehman Khan, Hira Khan, Umar Alam, Mohsin Ijaza, and Irfan Motiwala would showcase their acting potential in Guru.
Sharing the poster of the drama, Shazia Wajahat wrote: “Super proud of my friend for getting out of his comfort zone and taking upon this challenging role”. Shazia also described the story of drama and wrote that it is an interesting story about intersex and all of us are eagerly waiting for this drama.
