The Meta-owned chat app, WhatsApp has started to work on the login approval option. The feature is similar to Instagram and Facebook which would make the platform more secure against hackers. The users will receive a notification when anyone attempts to login their account.
The feature will also tell about the model from which the account was accessed.
The new update will benefit those people who usually make quick switches between devices. The feature is more enhanced than the OTP method. It will also be helpful to user who does not have the primary device while logging in.
