The popular chatting app, WhatsApp, has rolled out important notifications for iPhone users applicable from October. The application will not run on iPhone devices having iOS 10 and iOS 11. Users with new phones with the preceding version of iOS 12 will receive a final warning notification from WhatsApp, after which the app will stop working.
iPhone models like 5 and 5c cannot run WhatsApp altogether. While those devices which haven’t yet updated to iOS 12 will face a temporary issue. This means the users having iPhone 5s or iPhone 6 need to update their models to the new iOS system by October 24, 2022.
