Vaseela-e-Raah by Hadiqa Kiani builds 100 homes and basic facilities in flood-affected village in Balochistan

Popular singer and actress Hadiqa Kiani has now inked her name as a humanitarian as well. She took the responsibility of rehabilitating the flood-affected villages of Balochistan and has successfully completed the first phase of the project.

In the latest Instagram post, the Boohey Barian-famed singer shared updates regarding the reconstruction of infrastructure in Balochistan. Hadiqa said that she has been in Balochistan for the past few days and has completed the first phase by completing 100 houses. She added that people have started to reside in the houses. The project included the completion of one maternity clinic, one grocery store and one primary school for children.

Hadiqa Kiani said that her project Vaseela-e-Raah was her mission and a promise she made to her mother and the people of Balochistan. She shared her joy by stating that witnessing progress was a blessing.

Vaseela-e-Raah was started in August when Hadiqa started to collect donations from Lahore and Karachi. Kiani briefed that remote regions of Punjab and Sindh would be her next target as she hoped to rehabilitate remote villages in both provinces. She also urged financially stable groups to adopt a village and help flood-affected people.
