Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met the President of China Xi Jinping on Wednesday at the People’s Great Hall of China where both decided to strengthen the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The two sides talked about regional and global developments and broad-based cooperation.
Furthermore, they shared points about the ‘all-weather strategic cooperation’.
Prime Minister Sharif landed in China, Beijing, on Tuesday where the senior officials welcomed him. Mr Sharif will meet the Prime Minister of China Li Keqiang, and the business fraternity of China.
