The citizens of Lahore woke up to a pleasant morning on Thursday after it rained overnight for seven hours in the city. However, humidity took over the city soon after the rain stopped.
Several roads were reported to be inundated with rain water. Many areas were left helpless as the heavy rains caused hours-long load shedding.
Lahore recorded a total rainfall of 238mm in just seven hours. Pakistan has had a freaky monsoon rain season so far with Karachi, Peshawar, Lahore, and Balochistan reporting more than the average yearly rainfall in just one spell of rain.
