PML-N leadership flies off to London to meet Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadership has flown off to London to meet the party chief Nawaz Sharif amidst severe criticism from the political circles and the rival Imran Khan. The party leadership is set to meet the senior Sharif today.

According to the Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, the leadership visiting Sharif was not a big thing and that it was a normal routine thing for political parties.

She added that the opposition was trying to make a mountain out of a molehill by suggesting that the party leadership was confused and running to meet a “convicted criminal” on tax payers’ money.

Federal Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal refuted the claims and said that the PML-N leadership was bearing its own expenses on the trip.
