The 2019 movie, Parey Hut Love, has been awarded the Best Wholesome Entertainment Film at the International film festival of South Asia Forum for Art and Creative Heritage (SAFACH).
Director Asim Raza shared the news on his Instagram. He thanked his team for the success of the movie. Parey Hut Love was shot in Kashmir, Turkey, Islamabad, and vintage locations of Karachi. Cast includes Maya Ali, Sheheryar Munawar, Zara Noor Abbas, Ahmed Ali Butt, Hina Dilpazeer, Nadeem Baig, Frieha Altaf, Parisheh James, and Rachel Viccaji.
The film is loosely based on ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’. It’s a rom-com and showcases four different kinds of weddings in Pakistan.
