KARACHI: Father of star women cricketer Nida Dar passed away on Friday after which she has excused herself from the national squad for the upcoming series against West Indies women’s cricket team.
Decision regarding Nida Dar’s participation will be made later.
Nida Dar is the first cricketer from Pakistan to have claimed 100 wickets in T20 international cricket. She is also the first Pakistani women cricketer to participate in Australia’s Big Bash League.
