The National Security Committee will commence an important meeting today under the leadership of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The meeting will take place in Prime Minister’s House in the afternoon.
This will be the second meeting of the top civil and military leadership in four days (the last meeting took place on Friday, 30/12/2022). The economy of Pakistan and the security of the country are the agendas.
According to sources, the National Security Committee will give the nod on different guidelines regarding the country’s economy and security. A new operation plan to eliminate terrorism will also be presented and approval of decisive actions will also be taken against terrorist forces.
