LONDON: British tennis star Andy Murray has decided to pull out of the Davis Cup. The former world number one says that he doesn’t feel prepared to participate in the tournament and needs some time to recover physically.
The 34-year-old also stated that he also needed some time with his family before the Australian Open next year in January.
It is pertinent to mention here that currently, Melbourne is under a strict lockdown and the authorities are yet to make a decision related to the grand slam arrangements.
