The Prime Minister Health Card Program in Different Districts of (KP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) is launched by the Government of KP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Online registration for the Health/sehat card has been opened. Low-income families can benefit from this scheme, managed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Initiative Management Company and Prime Minister’s Health Program.
How to check eligibility Health card and use Sehat Card for KP (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)?

| a) You can check your eligibility via SMS. Send an SMS with your National Identity Card number and your KP to 9780 Sehat Card. |
| b) Online Check Your Eligibility: This tool allows you to check your eligibility for the Sehat Card. Click here. |
| C) Mobile App to Check Eligibility: This Android App (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP only) can be used to check your eligibility for the Sehat Card. |

- Your CNIC card is your Health Sehat Cards: If you’re eligible, your CNIC card can be used as your default Sehat Car.
- Gather information and documents required: Choose the desired hospitals to participate in Sehat Sahulat Program.
- You can get the treatment free of cost: After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the Sehat Card will be used to pay for the treatment.
