Karachi court orders strict action on use & sale of vuvuzela (baja horn)

Karachi: Judicial magistrate has ordered the authorities to take strict action against the use & sale of vuvuzela (baja horn) on Independence Day. According to the orders from Judicial Magistrate (Malir) Syed Anwar Ali Shah, stern action would be taken under Section 190(c) of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) against the use or selling of vuvuzela.

SHOs of Sachal and Sharafi Goth are directed to take action under Pakistan Penal Code on the selling and using of vuvuzelas (baja horn). For the past few years, these plastic horns gained immense popularity. However, each year reports are filed against the nuisance caused by the irritating noise of these Baja horns.
